The DAE (Dutch Aquaculture Experts) is a partnership between the most qualified and sophisticated aquaculture companies and research institutes in the Netherlands.
Aquaculture pioneers
The Netherlands is a pioneering country in terms of developing a modern, sustainable and profitable fishing and aquaculture industry. For example, the development and implementation of recirculation aquaculture technology (RAS) is largely the result of Dutch aquaculture expertise.
Several Dutch aquaculture organizations decided to join hands and create a cooperative consortium that can tackle international and multidisciplinary projects, from feasibility studies to complete project management, from farm design to realization.
Knowledge and business platform
The decision of these Dutch aquaculture organizations to profile themselves together through the DAE, has created an opportunity to make use of Dutch expertise in all disciplines of the aquaculture chain, via one knowledge and business platform. A unique “one-stop-shop” for the international aquaculture sector.
