Skretting participates in Dutch Aquaculture Experts to support the members with the development of optimal nutritional solutions and feeding advice for the joint projects.

Aquaculture feed expertise

Skretting has 3,500 employees worldwide that are passionate about aquaculture, and we annually produce > 2 million tons of supreme aquaculture feeds for over 60 species of farmed fish and shrimp, covering all life stages. We sell to more than 80 countries and produce feeds in > 20 countries on all continents – you can find a location near you on our website. Skretting has its own aquaculture research centre (ARC) based in Stavanger, Norway, with satellite research stations in Italy, Egypt, Zambia, Chile, Ecuador, Australia, China and Japan.

Skretting ARC employs an international team of highly skilled specialists, supported by a substantial annual investment in advanced R&D. 40 of our 100 employees have PhD’s, and our staff represents almost 20 nationalities. We collaborate with a number of institutes and private companies across the globe, including Wageningen University of Research in the Netherlands.
